Requirements
- Provide a functional portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-quality modern desktop B2B or SaaS products.
- Demonstrate strong interaction and visual design.
- Have product design experience spanning user research, strategy, flows, prototyping, and detailed UI execution.
- Be comfortable working directly with engineers.
- Be comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage or entrepreneurial environment.
- Bring strong product judgment, visual craft, and a bias toward shipping and improving real experiences.
- Experience with AI products, two-sided marketplaces, or frontend implementation is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Identify user needs and product opportunities, then help prioritize what to build.
- Lead end-to-end design, from discovery and concepts through prototypes, polished interfaces, and launch.
- Establish a consistent visual identity across the product, website, and other brand touchpoints.
- Build design system components and standards that help engineering move quickly while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, speak with users, and iterate based on how people use the product.
