Requirements
- Experience managing supply chain operations for electronics manufacturing.
- Experience with component procurement and supplier coordination.
- Solid understanding of purchasing processes and inventory planning.
- Solid understanding of logistics and international shipping documentation.
- Experience working with suppliers and factories to manage orders, delivery schedules, and production material availability.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines.
- Native-level Chinese.
- Good spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor key electronic component availability against production schedules and weekly, monthly, and annual demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and factories on purchase orders, delivery tracking, and timely component arrivals for production.
- Manage procurement of equipment and materials within China and internationally, including supplier negotiations and delivery arrangements.
- Organize domestic and international shipments and prepare shipping, customs, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate supplier payments with the finance team, track customer payments, and collect documentation for accounting and tax reporting.
- Arrange pre-shipment quality inspections to check that goods meet internal quality standards.
