Requirements
- Have strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud environments.
- Have practical knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, EKS, and ECS.
- Have proven experience leading successful AWS migration and modernization projects.
- Bring DevOps expertise, including Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS CodeSuite, or CircleCI.
- Have hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience, particularly with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Understand the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its principles.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Have client-facing communication and presentation abilities, including explaining complex technical solutions to different audiences.
- Be able to lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor others.
- Have advanced English communication skills.
- AWS Professional or Specialty certifications are highly valued.
- Experience with data technologies, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or open-source tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with customers and present AWS architecture solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and implement cloud architectures for migration, modernization, and DevOps projects.
- Guide customers through cloud transformation initiatives and align solutions with their technical and business objectives.
- Partner with Project Managers to define project backlogs, delivery plans, and technical roadmaps.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues during project delivery.
- Lead AWS migrations from on-premises environments through assessment, architecture design, and implementation.
- Develop proofs of concept to validate technical approaches and demonstrate potential solutions.
- Contribute to technical strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members on AWS services, cloud migration methodologies, and implementation practices.
- Remain hands-on throughout solution design, planning, deployment, and optimization.
