Have at least 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Understand the functional architecture of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Work autonomously in software development within the BC environment.
Understand core business modules such as Finance and Inventory.
Bring a hands-on approach to problem-solving and an interest in expanding system capabilities with new technologies.
Have experience with Postman for API testing (preferred).
Have experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control and deployment (preferred).
An MB-820 (BC Developer) certificate is highly valued.
Be able to communicate in English; German or another European language is ideal.

Own the technical design and end-to-end execution of new system functionality.
Build integrations between systems using REST APIs.
Work with Research & Development teams to identify bottlenecks in the D365 BC ecosystem.
Implement high-efficiency best practices within the D365 BC ecosystem.
Document implementation results.
Conduct post-deployment reviews.
Independently oversee at least one major functional area from design to go-live.
