Bring over 6 years of hands-on experience in the D365 CE/CRM landscape.
Have experience as a Solution Architect or high-level Technical Consultant.
Bring a strong development background.
Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
Translate business needs into scalable system enhancements.
Use a proactive problem-solving approach focused on efficiency and system scalability.
Have full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Create end-to-end blueprints for complex CRM environments, including Sales, Marketing, and custom modules.
Architect API integrations for Dataverse and ensure seamless performance across Mobile D365 solutions.
Use Power Apps Portal, Canvas, and Model-driven apps to build tailored business tools.
Partner with Research & Development teams to experiment with system features and conduct Proof of Concepts.
Set industry best practices through R&D and innovation work.
Manage project lifecycles from initial workshops and budget estimation through documentation.
Conduct post-implementation quality reviews.
