Job Details

Languages: Perfekcyjnej znajomości języka angielskiego, zwłaszcza w piśmie; doskonałej znajomości języka polskiego w mowie i piśmie.
Experience: Przynajmniej 2-letniego doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku (technical writer, copywriter itp.), polegającej na pisaniu tekstów o charakterze technicznym (w obszarze IT) w języku angielskim.
Required Skills: Microsoft ExchangeSEO

Have excellent English, especially in writing.
Have excellent Polish speaking and writing skills.
Be able to plan and create logical structures and user-guide texts that explain complex technical issues to end users.
Know English-language IT terminology.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as technical writer or copywriter, writing technical IT content in English.
Have practical conversational English proficiency.
Have very good computer skills.
Work consistently, accurately, and professionally.
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server knowledge is an advantage.
Experience editing text with language models/AI and knowledge of SEO principles are advantages.

Create user guides and knowledge-base articles about the company’s software and Microsoft-based solutions.
Create and translate website and related-service content between English and Polish.
Edit technical and marketing posts for CodeTwo websites and blogs.
Monitor social media, technical forums, and industry portals.
Develop user-interface text for the company’s programs.
Edit customer communications.
Proofread and quality-check texts written by other employees.
Collaborate with the development, customer support, and technical marketing teams.
Learn the environments and programs covered by the writing.
