Requirements
- Hold a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
- Hold a Washington State License in Speech Language Pathology.
- Hold a Washington Department of Education License in Speech Language Pathology.
- Have 2+ years of experience in a school setting.
- Demonstrate professional integrity and accountability by behaving ethically, respecting policies, and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Adapt to challenges and troubleshoot independently.
- Show cultural sensitivity and manage time and tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized therapy through virtual sessions.
- Support students in building communication skills foundational to learning, connection, and confidence.
- Collaborate with educators.
- Help each student progress in meaningful and measurable ways.
