Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of LLMs, including tokens, APIs, and context engineering.
- Understand the distinction between prompting and agent architectures.
- Have experience with pro-code development, ideally using Python.
- Have sound knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON/XML.
- Be able to translate requirements into secure, scalable cloud setups and account for governance.
- Be able to learn new tools quickly and use them productively, including tools such as Copilot Studio.
- Understand agent and workflow logic, including agentic workflows and RAG.
- Bring consulting skills and the ability to understand business processes quickly.
- Communicate and present technical and business topics effectively in workshops and to teams.
- Have very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
- Bring curiosity, self-motivation, and willingness to take responsibility for customer projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize AI agent solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem and with open-source frameworks such as LangChain and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Translate business requirements into precise, testable, and maintainable prompts, workflows, and tool/API integrations.
- Integrate AI models into processes using Power Automate and APIs, and secure data exchange using REST and JSON.
- Lead customer workshops, identify use cases, and guide customers from proof of concept through go-live.
- Improve solution quality and performance using RAG, tool-calling, and external data connections such as MCP.
- Evaluate new models and tools, experiment with them, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers.
