Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Be available to work weekend shifts; schedules may vary from week to week.
- Have full-time availability for a schedule of 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Work from home in a quiet, dedicated space with minimal disruptions.
- Provide your own computer; Chromebooks are not compatible with the required software.
- Have reliable high-speed internet.
- Provide a headset with a microphone.
- Have video capabilities for meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by phone, email, and chat in English.
- Identify customer problems, report them accurately, and provide reasonable solutions.
- Place orders with customers.
- Answer questions about products and services using the resources provided.
- Follow up on outstanding customer matters and provide additional assistance as needed.
