- Have 4+ years of project management experience.
- Bring proven experience in oncology clinical trials.
- Have strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.
- Have knowledge of therapeutic areas.
- Demonstrate leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Be able to manage complex projects across geographies and functions.
- Be proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development.
- Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
- Oversee planning and execution of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and foster strong relationships.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and milestone achievement.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, local regulations, and company processes.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration opportunities.
- Mentor and support team members and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
