Requirements
- Strong professional experience developing frontend applications with React.
- Solid backend development experience using Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience designing and working with microservices architectures.
- Strong knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs.
- Practical experience with data modeling, querying, and optimization of relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Experience optimizing frontend performance and rendering with large volumes of data.
- Strong foundations in software architecture, design patterns, and Clean Code principles.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, technical judgment, and critical-thinking skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and product teams about business rules and technical requirements.
- Contribute collaboratively to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
- Kotlin backend experience, familiarity with generative AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Kiro, and knowledge of Spec-Driven Development are advantages.
- Experience with supply chain, S&OP, RGM, pricing, or demand planning products is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the platform’s analytical cockpit using React.
- Optimize frontend screens and analytical workflows for response time and browser-side data processing.
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and database integrations using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Support the reliability, scalability, and performance of backend services for planning and supply chain operations.
- Integrate data ecosystems, predictive and prescriptive models, and AI agents into the platform.
- Apply generative AI development tools and Spec-Driven Development practices, critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Translate planning requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and technical leaders on requirements and architectural decisions.
- Integrate systems and data pipelines across manufacturing facilities, channel operations, and strategic planning teams.
- Promote Clean Architecture, design patterns, automated testing, and other development best practices.
