Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial Java experience; minimum 3 years with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch; minimum 3 years with Apache Kafka; minimum 4 years with Spring Boot.

Have at least 5 years of commercial Java experience, including familiarity with Java 21/25.
Have at least 4 years of experience with Spring Boot, including versions 2.3, 2.4, or 2.6.
Have at least 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch, with very good PostgreSQL knowledge.
Have at least 3 years of experience with Apache Kafka and knowledge of Kafka Streams.
Have experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Know Spring WebFlux, Jersey, Spring Cloud Gateway, Reactor Core, Resilience4j, Spring Security, Hibernate, Spring Data, Spring Cloud Sleuth, and Micrometer.
Know application and HTTP servers, particularly Tomcat and Netty.
Have experience with caching mechanisms such as Hazelcast and Ehcache.
Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Know development and CI/CD tools including Gerrit or GitHub, Zuul CI, Jira, Maven, and IntelliJ IDEA.
Know monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, and Loki.
Have experience with AI-assisted code analysis and development tools such as GitHub Copilot or MCP.
Be able to design solutions requiring high performance, reliability, and critical operation.
Cloud platform experience, especially Google Cloud Platform, is an advantage.
Knowledge of application security, including PKI, public-key cryptography, digital signatures, JWT, TLS, and mutual TLS, is an advantage.

Design, build, and develop backend components in Java 21/25.
Develop services using Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL data structures and queries.
Implement event processing and asynchronous communication with Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams.
Design and develop integrations through REST APIs.
Implement reactive solutions using Spring WebFlux and Reactor Core.
Develop service resilience and reliability mechanisms, including with Resilience4j.
Integrate Elasticsearch and develop search and data-processing mechanisms.
Maintain solutions running in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
Monitor application performance and reliability using the specified monitoring tools.
