Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital account management or healthcare sales.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, reimbursement, and billing processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital accounts, serving as a resource for hospital clients and clinical teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and clinical evaluations to support proper use of Masimo technologies by clinical staff.
- Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with clinical thought leaders, account managers, marketing, product development, and clinical specialists.
- Represent Masimo at industry events.
- Address customer concerns promptly and provide customer support.
- Maintain CRM records of sales activities.
