Job Details

Have at least 3 years of Python programming experience and practical experience building applications that use LLMs.
Have practical knowledge of web APIs such as FastAPI, asynchronous programming, SQL, transactions, and database migrations.
Be able to work with Codex or similar agents by dividing tasks, preparing context, assessing changes, and debugging independently.
Know JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS well enough to develop and verify interfaces, including forms, application state, API integrations, and error handling.
Understand RAG, vector search, agent tool-calling, state management, and user approvals.
Be able to design access controls, protect secrets, isolate data, and understand risks associated with using LLMs.
Have practical knowledge of Git, automated testing, Docker, and basic Linux, and be able to diagnose issues from logs.
Be able to translate user needs into tasks and acceptance criteria and take responsibility for delivered feature quality.

Develop features from APIs and data models through working user interfaces, using Codex.
Analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prepare plans, instructions, and context for a coding agent.
Implement and integrate LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, and MCP services, including controls for state, permissions, and costs.
Develop business processes, rules, forms, approvals, and document handling in the products.
Build data-isolation, access-control, secure-integration, and system-activity logging mechanisms.
Review and improve AI-generated code, write automated tests, evaluate response quality, and verify changes in a browser.
Diagnose errors, refactor code, update dependencies, and document changes.
Contribute to architecture and deployments.
