Requirements
- Have 3 or more years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Adobe Workfront.
- Understand project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or enterprise workflow environments.
- Have experience building Workfront dashboards, reports, templates, custom forms, and automations aligned with business goals.
- Have working knowledge of Workfront Fusion or other automation and integration tools; this is preferred.
- Be familiar with REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise marketing or project management ecosystems.
- Bring analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work in a consultative, client-facing environment.
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront dashboards, reports, templates, request queues, custom forms, and workflows.
- Implement automations, approval paths, intake processes, and governance standards based on business requirements.
- Manage user setup, permissions, groups, data governance controls, and ongoing instance maintenance.
- Translate documented business and functional requirements into structured Workfront configurations.
- Partner with architects and analysts to define workflow models, reporting hierarchies, and governance frameworks.
- Assess client instances and recommend configuration, process, and performance improvements.
- Support light automation development and integrations, including exposure to Workfront Fusion or similar tools.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare configuration documentation, user enablement materials, and technical handoffs.
