- Bring general knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants.
- Have experience working with high-net-worth individuals and clients.
- Adapt to changing needs and multitask.
- Use a “Yes first” approach.
- Bring an entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Have experience working in a collaborative and transparent environment.
- Work effectively in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of luxury hospitality experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver service across dining, experiences, travel, and luxury goods.
- Complete end-to-end member requests.
- Source content ideas to submit to the Content Team weekly.
