Job Details

Languages: Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is highly preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of software testing experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of software testing experience.
Track record of independently implementing medium-sized automation frameworks or tools.
Proficiency with automation testing tools or frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is highly preferred.
Prior CRM system testing experience in the social media industry is preferred.

Develop test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, automation, performance, security, and usability testing.
Validate CRM business needs, including customer data management, GDPR data privacy compliance, cross-platform processes, and multi-language adaptation.
Design and build automation test frameworks and implement automated tests.
Track defects through resolution and ensure test results meet quality standards.
Report test progress, quality metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product, development, and local business teams to align testing with project milestones and resolve cross-functional issues.
Review requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, test reports, and other testing documents.
Improve testing processes and methodologies, and share testing knowledge with the team.
