Job Details

Have 5+ years of professional C# and .NET development experience.
Have a Computer Science undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
Have experience with Claude Code, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI-powered development platforms.
Have professional experience using AI coding agents, AI-assisted software development tools, or agentic development workflows.
Demonstrate applying AI coding tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, refactoring, or technical documentation.
Have experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable DevOps tooling, including test integration in the development pipeline.
Have experience with unit testing, mocking, automation, integration testing, code coverage, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Have strong object-oriented design, debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Have experience working in Agile development teams and SCRUM-based delivery environments.
Have leadership or mentoring experience, or ownership of component-level design and delivery.
Professional C++ development experience in a commercial software environment is a plus.

Design, estimate, code, test, document, and maintain components of a commercial on-premises enterprise software product.
Develop and maintain product components in C#/.NET and C++.
Champion AI-assisted software development practices across the project team.
Evaluate and establish best practices for AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
Identify opportunities to use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and delivery.
Mentor team members in effective, responsible, and secure use of AI coding tools.
Participate in Agile/SCRUM delivery, including design discussions, implementation, code reviews, testing, and release readiness.
Contribute to component design, technical decisions, and ownership of key product functionality.
Collaborate with product management, quality engineering, support, and developers.
