Requirements
- Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a member of a Design or Brand team.
- Show projects demonstrating a commitment to well-executed, forward-thinking design.
- Be proficient with standard design applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Have organizational and planning skills to work strategically, give direction, produce assets, and manage asset delivery.
- Be able to work in an iterative, collaborative design environment and manage nuanced feedback.
- Own projects from start to finish and provide proactive solutions.
- Understand visual design principles and terms, including typography, hierarchy, and layout systems.
- Be familiar with email, app, and other CRM design standards.
- Keep current with industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Apply the Zwift Design language to visual designs across web, social, app, and physical channels.
- Create visual identities for Marketing, Content, and Product initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to maintain brand design excellence across digital platforms.
- Contribute to the Zwift Brand Guidelines and Design System.
- Collaborate with Copywriters to create cohesive designs that integrate the Zwift Brand Voice.
- Work with Marketing, Content, and UI teams to iterate on content designs and deliver them to spec.
- Produce promotional app imagery, including in-game photography using proprietary capture tools.
