Job Details

Bring a broad technical perspective and adaptability across modern software stacks and architectures.
Have strong production experience with modern React and TypeScript.
Have experience with Node.js, async patterns, testing, and monorepo tooling.
Have working proficiency with Python for backend services, evaluations, analysis, and automation tooling.
Have practical hands-on AWS experience beyond serverless, including containers, networking, compute, and IAM.
Have shipped production features using LLM APIs, including prompts, tool calling, structured output, and long context, and be able to describe release evaluations and changes made.
Be able to read and safely modify Terraform configurations across environments.
Have hands-on experience with NoSQL and SQL stores, including schema changes and live-system migrations.
Be able to design metrics, logs, and alarms for non-deterministic systems and debug production issues using them.
Have proficiency with modern CI/CD pipelines; GitLab CI/CD is preferred.
Have fluent written and spoken English and be able to articulate trade-offs and align team members around technical decisions.
Experience with multi-agent systems, MCP servers, evaluation frameworks, or LLM cost control is desirable.

Build TypeScript services and production AI agents on AWS using Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Bedrock, and AI SDKs.
Design agent behavior by defining what the model investigates and what code enforces.
Build read-only agent runtimes with scoped tool access, worktree-contained reads, and budget and timeout guards.
Evaluate AI features using golden sets, production replays, calibrated judges, and release gates based on recall, precision, and false-positive rate.
Emit reason-coded metrics and structured logs, configure alerts, and investigate production issues in Splunk and VictoriaMetrics.
Maintain Terraform roots across environments and improve GitLab CI/CD for build, test, deployment, and quality gates.
Build integrations resilient to retries, rate limits, permanent failures, and stale state.
Review AI-written changes for security, correctness, and maintainability, and use AI to write and review code.
Configure assistants, skills, hooks, and MCP servers; pair with engineers and share practices.
Build agent-facing React tools and APIs, and document systems with diagrams, runbooks, and decision records.
