Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of software engineering experience at senior level.
- Have experience programming in Python.
- Have practical experience developing and deploying LLM-based applications.
- Know RAG architectures and AI agents.
- Have experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Have experience developing REST APIs and backend services, for example with FastAPI.
- Know methods for testing and evaluating AI solutions and monitoring LLMs.
- Have experience working with SQL, structured data, and unstructured data.
- Know AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and good software development practices.
- Use English at a minimum B2 level.
- Knowledge of MCP or A2A protocols is an advantage.
- Experience with agent memory, state management, process orchestration, AI guardrails, LLM observability, human-in-the-loop, Harness Engineering, or web interfaces and dashboards is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/GenAI applications using Python.
- Build solutions based on LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
- Develop agents, integrations, and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Implement AI quality evaluation mechanisms, regression tests, and benchmarks.
- Develop backend services and APIs and integrate them with business systems.
- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product teams to deploy and improve solutions.
