Have at least 5 years of commercial backend programming experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
Have very good knowledge of Spring Boot.
Have practical experience with AWS.
Know REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
Have experience working with microservices architecture.
Have good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Have practical knowledge of Terraform.
Have experience with Docker, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
Know messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Have experience with automated testing, debugging, and resolving production issues.
Be able to independently complete well-defined tasks and quickly become familiar with an existing system.
Be ready to quickly start working with Kotlin if you lack commercial Kotlin experience.
Have English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Develop backend services using Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
Design and develop REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
Work with AWS services, including RDS and S3, and an internal data platform.
Create and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
Work with relational databases and SQL.
Deliver functionality independently, from implementation and testing through production deployment.
Write clean, testable, maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews, production issue analysis, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with the development team, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
