Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in web application and infrastructure penetration testing.
- Bring a proven track record in red teaming and source code review.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the OWASP Testing Guide, including XSS, CSRF, and session management.
- Be proficient with Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Wireshark, and Bettercap.
- Have scripting capabilities in Python, Bash, and Ruby.
- Bring strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable security findings.
- Have professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience assessing AI-based applications or using AI-driven offensive security tooling is a plus.
- German is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and investigate security vulnerabilities at thyssenkrupp.
- Interact with clients to determine their requirements for tests.
- Contribute to penetration-testing methods, scripts, and tests.
- Support vulnerability management and other security-related projects.
- Create reports and recommendations based on findings.
- Mentor and support less experienced resources.
