Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in technical roles.
- Bring extensive practical experience building on modern AI infrastructure.
- Have required experience working at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, Lovable, or a comparable AI builder platform, or as a partner to one of these organizations.
- Understand how partner Solutions Architects operate, including their incentives, recommendation processes, and influence on developer technology decisions.
- Have technical knowledge of PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks such as React and Next.js.
- Be familiar with AI and agent development tools, including LLM APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent frameworks.
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build relationships and collaborate with external technical stakeholders.
- Work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and develop processes and playbooks from the ground up.
- Create clear technical documentation and educational content.
Responsibilities
- Build technical relationships with partner Solutions Architects and Engineering teams, initially focusing on defined use cases and application or agent migration initiatives.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement resources for partners.
- Create demonstrations, integration guides, and reference architectures for the backend platform and AI development ecosystems.
- Collaborate with partner Solutions Architects on active opportunities, resolving technical questions and helping advance potential deals.
- Identify and address implementation blockers faced by partner technical teams.
- Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and turn successful solutions into reusable documentation and technical resources.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to keep partner guidance aligned with platform capabilities and developments.
- Track partner-sourced opportunities, influenced deals, and technical enablement metrics.
- Write technical blog posts and case studies, and develop video content and interactive learning experiences.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, developer meetups, and partner-sponsored events.
