Requirements
- Hold an active Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing in Oregon or New York; additional licenses are preferred.
- Have experience working with older adults and patients affected by Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders.
- Have experience with cognitive rehabilitation/remediation therapy.
- Have professional English oral and written communication proficiency at least at the level of lower advanced native speaker.
- Provide a personal computer or laptop that meets security and telehealth standards (SOC2).
- Be available for 20–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients once per week for 45 minutes.
- Provide 20–40 hours of weekly availability.
- Schedule sessions within the stated Pacific or Eastern Time hours, with limited flexibility for evenings or weekends.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other multidisciplinary care providers alongside therapy services.
