Requirements
- Previous working experience within a marketing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build working relationships remotely.
- Copywriting and proofreading for LinkedIn, email marketing, and Instagram are preferred.
- Understanding of how to use ChatGPT and other AI programs to improve marketing productivity and processes without compromising quality is preferred.
- Video editing experience is an added benefit.
- Recruitment marketing or professional services experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Update the website using a content management system and perform basic SEO optimisation.
- Create social graphics, internal materials, reports, and presentations in Canva within brand guidelines.
- Contribute ideas and graphics to the social media calendar and write posts when able.
- Assist recruitment consultants with company proposals and presentation documents.
- Input and review data to support analysis by the Head of Marketing and wider business.
- Help manage email automations and edit communications to candidates and clients.
- Complete competitor analyses across social media, websites, and other activities.
- Manage day-to-day roles posted across the network of job boards as needed.
- Create employer-branding content with the internal recruitment team.
- Manage marketing technology systems after training.
