Requirements
- Have 2+ years of customer service or dispatching experience.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be willing to be on call once a month.
- Industry experience is preferred.
- Be proficient with computers.
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
Responsibilities
- Accept and disposition inbound service calls.
- Dispatch service calls to relevant service branches, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Maintain and document customer communications about ETAs, approvals, and correctly submitting information in customer portals.
- Transition information efficiently to dispatchers and customer service representatives on different shifts.
- Create and analyze monthly and quarterly account productivity reports.
