Job Details

Experience in travel planning, event coordination, or hospitality is highly preferred.
Knowledge of romantic destinations, luxury resorts, and wedding venues.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities; detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client bookings.
Experience with travel booking systems or CRM software is a plus.
Travel certification or destination wedding planning certification is a bonus.

Consult with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for destination weddings or honeymoons.
Research and recommend wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages tailored to each couple.
Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
Liaise with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to coordinate the event experience.
Advise clients on passport and visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination-specific regulations.
Communicate with clients from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
Stay current on destination wedding and honeymoon travel trends.
