Job Details

Have strong organizational and communication skills.
Be able to manage multiple itineraries and client requests simultaneously.
Bring a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Have basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate online systems.
Have an interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or trip planning.
Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, hospitality, or event planning is helpful but not required.

Design and organize itineraries covering flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, transportation, and tours.
Research destinations and provide recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
Coordinate reservations and confirm availability with travel suppliers and partners.
Ensure travel plans are organized, accurate, and clearly communicated to clients.
Maintain records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
Guide travelers on schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details.
Assist travelers with questions and itinerary updates before and during trips.
Stay informed about destination information, travel promotions, and supplier updates.
