Job Details

Experience managing data platforms, ETL pipelines, or analytics products.
Solid understanding of AWS data services, including S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Athena, QuickSight, and IAM.
Knowledge of cloud-native data architecture patterns, including Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Data Mesh.
Experience leading cross-functional squads using Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or Linear and defining clear user stories.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, including the ability to query data to validate product performance and metrics.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business outcomes and executive-ready communications.
Databricks Certified Consultant (Associate or Professional) and DBR to EMR on AWS migration experience are nice to have.
AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner is nice to have.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute Certification is nice to have.

Define the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for data products on AWS.
Work with business leaders, domain experts, and engineering teams to identify use cases and translate business requirements into technical epics.
Prioritize backlogs for data products and solutions.
Oversee product architecture alignment across AWS data services to support analytics and GenAI workloads.
Partner with Security and Data Governance teams on access controls, privacy regulations, data lineage, and data quality standards.
Lead agile development cycles, define acceptance criteria, manage user stories, and support timely delivery.
Track usage metrics, adoption rates, and ROI to optimize user engagement and business value.
