Requirements
- Lead end-to-end operational sourcing strategies across packaging, pallets, corrugate, business services, and facility supplies.
- Manage procurement spend across multiple fulfillment center locations.
- Lead commercial negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage vendor accountability and service-level performance.
- Design inventory controls and lean kanban staging processes.
- Establish S&OP-driven demand forecasts and pallet recovery programs.
- Lead on-site non-inventory hourly associates.
- Manage procurement systems, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and approval workflows.
- Report savings scorecard KPIs to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own approximately $29M in annual addressable spend across eight fulfillment center buildings.
- Lead the Q1 2027 pallet RFP to source pallets and corrugate at the lowest total net cost.
- Establish S&OP-driven pallet demand forecasts with carrier partners.
- Operationalize pallet return, regrade, and credit recovery programs with carrier partners.
- Lead on-site non-inventory hourly associates who receive, stage, and replenish materials.
- Design and implement lean kanban staging to reduce fulfillment downtime.
- Negotiate master service agreements and consolidate redundant vendors.
- Enforce SLA performance for business services and streamline ordering for facility supplies and maintenance.
- Own vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and approval routing workflows.
- Deliver monthly savings scorecard KPIs to executive leadership.
