- Bring 10+ years of product management experience.
- Have deep fintech experience and strong instincts about how financial products work in practice.
- Be comfortable working as an individual contributor and staying close to problem-solving, shipping, and product refinement.
- Move between product strategy and implementation details.
- Work effectively in complex, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders and competing constraints.
- Build trust with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Bring technical curiosity and architectural literacy, with an interest in how underlying systems work.
- Use evidence to guide decisions and be willing to change direction when facts change.
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous cross-functional problems.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth initiative backlog across business lines, identifying, validating, and launching products and features for existing and adjacent markets.
- Shape near-term execution and long-term product strategy.
- Work directly with prospects and clients to understand needs, solve problems collaboratively, and turn validated opportunities into scalable products.
- Build fintech products spanning customer experiences, operational workflows, and payment rails.
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, compliance, customer support, and go-to-market teams to sequence and ship products.
- Use AI, prototyping, data, customer conversations, and direct product exploration to accelerate learning.
- Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, changing constraints, and operational complexity.
- Lead through influence, judgment, and execution rather than management authority.
- Refine edge cases, write clear specifications, improve operational processes, and unblock teams.
