Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
- Provide tailored travel recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Manage booking logistics through online platforms and maintain accurate client records.
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and messaging tools to address questions, changes, and concerns.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination options.
- Provide support before, during, and after travel.
- Build client relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
