Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of software development experience, including experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or in a similar role.
- Have expert-level knowledge of Java, Python, or C#/.NET.
- Know architectural and design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and software engineering best practices.
- Have experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and monolithic and modular architectures.
- Have practical knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous communication, and system integrations.
- Have experience designing solutions using relational and non-relational databases.
- Understand application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Have experience with cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Know containerization, CI/CD, and deployment process automation.
- Have experience analyzing existing architecture, identifying technical constraints, and planning system modernization.
- Have experience collaborating with development teams and conducting code reviews.
- Have English proficiency at B2/C1 level for collaboration with international teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Design application and integration architecture based on business requirements.
- Develop modern IT solutions for clients and participate practically in their implementation.
- Guide the technological direction of projects and make architectural decisions.
- Analyze existing architectures, identify technical constraints, and plan system modernization.
- Consider performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability in solution design.
- Collaborate with development teams, conduct code reviews, and support technical quality.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Make and explain architectural decisions in light of technical trade-offs, costs, and business needs.
