Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Have practical experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse or Warehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and notebooks.
Have strong Power BI skills, including modeling, DAX, and semantic models.
Have good SQL skills.
Use Python or PySpark.
Have experience integrating data from APIs, files, databases, and SaaS sources.
Have experience or a genuine interest in GenAI over data, including text-to-SQL/DAX, Fabric data agents, or Copilot.
Understand prompt engineering basics and how to evaluate LLM response quality.
Be able to discuss work with business stakeholders and independently clarify ambiguous requirements.
Think in terms of KPIs and business value.
Have English at C1 level for working with a US client.
Have Polish at B2 level.

Build data flows in Microsoft Fabric, including ingestion, transformations, and data modeling across multiple sources.
Prepare the semantic model and Power BI reports.
Define KPIs for AI adoption and benefits with business stakeholders.
Deliver conversational access to data using the semantic model, such as Fabric data agents, Copilot in Power BI, or a custom LLM solution.
Create test question sets and verify the accuracy of responses.
Set clear boundaries for the questions that users can ask.
