Requirements
- Hold a BSN degree.
- Maintain an active license, with multi-state/compact licensure in the state of residence.
- Have 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or Patient Services.
- Have experience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar staff.
- Have experience reporting on HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients.
- Demonstrate successful leadership experience.
- Have excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet experience.
- Have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have technical aptitude and experience with various CRM software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage pharmaceutical programs according to the scope of work, program procedures, standard operating procedures, and contracted budget.
- Manage client relationships and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day program operations and supervise staff.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on program design, improvements, and changes.
- Work cross-functionally on program operations and drive team performance responsibilities.
- Analyze and prepare client reports and other deliverables.
- Monitor and report program statistics and metrics for team members, teams, and overall program performance.
- Present program data, information, and insights to internal and external customers.
- Escalate issues that threaten delivery to contracted standards and participate in process and performance improvement initiatives.
- Interview, evaluate, train, and provide performance feedback to employees.
