Requirements
- Provide a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing craft, storytelling, pacing and understanding of social content; personal projects and fan edits count.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite confidently, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
- Know encoding, export specifications and optimisation for social platforms.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of AI in production workflows, including tools or features tried and lessons learned.
- Critically review AI output, spot errors and explain where a tool adds value.
- Show attention to detail, reliable delivery under deadlines and judgement in balancing polish with available time.
- Communicate clearly, respond openly to feedback and take initiative in investigating problems and improving work.
- Be based in LATAM and available to work 9:00am–5:30pm Pacific Time (PT).
Responsibilities
- Produce short- and long-form video tailored to the brief, brand, audience and platform using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design motion graphics or work with existing packages to strengthen finished edits.
- Review briefs and source material, and ask for clarification when information is missing or unclear.
- Check pacing, audio, captions, on-screen text, accessibility, export settings and AI-produced or changed material before review.
- Use AI where it improves quality, speed or consistency while protecting confidential material, rights and brand standards.
- Apply feedback, manage time against deadlines and changing priorities, and flag blockers with clear context and practical options.
- Organise project files, versions and handovers so another team member can continue the work.
- Test useful production improvements and share effective techniques, prompts or workflows with the team.
