Requirements
- Hold a BS in Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline.
- Have 5+ years of experience building scalable, secure data or analytics infrastructure on a cloud platform.
- Be proficient in Python and SQL.
- Have deep knowledge of modern data and analytics technologies, including cloud-based data warehouses, transformation frameworks, workflow orchestration tools, and BI tools.
- Be able to integrate data and analytics technologies with existing infrastructure to enhance its capabilities.
- Have experience leveraging LLMs in distributed data processing and analytics systems.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with data science, product, and clinical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Preferred: experience securely handling sensitive data containing PHI/PII.
- Preferred: experience building analytics technology for clinical or health data.
- Preferred: experience handling ambiguity and uncertainty in a startup.
Responsibilities
- Develop the data lakehouse and warehouse, including secure, scalable pipelines for analytics and machine learning.
- Improve data modeling, orchestration, data quality, and scalability as products and the client base grow.
- Create tools and frameworks that let Clinical, Client Success, and Product teams get answers from data without writing queries.
- Build tools for reviewing and flagging clinical cases and uncovering trends and opportunities.
- Design pipelines and data models that track KPIs and model performance across clients and clinical modules using real-time EHR data.
- Work with Client Success, Clinical, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to define measures of product success.
- Ensure the data behind product success measures is trustworthy.
