Requirements
- Have built multi-tenant systems with authorization, organizations, and data separation between tenants.
- Have built against the Kubernetes API, not only deployed to Kubernetes.
- Have built metrics, logs, or event pipelines that power dashboards and alerts.
- Have shipped production services in Go, or have the systems background to ship production Go within the first month.
- Be able to build the front end for each feature you own.
- Have production on-call experience for a system customers depend on.
- Be prepared to work from customer problems and rough sketches rather than requiring a detailed specification.
Responsibilities
- Build software that lets customers bring clusters from multiple providers or their own sites under one login and run jobs across them.
- Develop backend services that manage each customer's clusters.
- Build visibility into cluster health, usage, spend, and alerts.
- Implement organizations, roles, and single sign-on across customer clusters.
- Enable customers to identify idle GPUs, offer capacity on the marketplace, and reclaim it when needed.
- Identify customer problems and decide what to build next.
- Build the front end for each feature owned.
- Carry a pager and speak with customers every week.
