Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement development and customization. For Technical Lead: 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
Required Skills: Agile

Have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement development and customization.
Have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Be able to independently develop, customize, and enhance existing CRM solutions.
Have experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based development and structured releases.
Have upper-intermediate English or higher.
For Technical Lead candidates, have 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
For Technical Lead candidates, have experience with technical ownership, code reviews, and mentoring developers.
For Technical Lead candidates, be able to combine hands-on development with technical leadership.
Microsoft Dataverse experience is a nice-to-have.
Knowledge of C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript customizations, or Microsoft Power Automate is a nice-to-have.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and knowledge of solution deployment and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) are nice-to-haves.

Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Implement new features and improvements based on business requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and support CRM integrations.
Participate in sprint planning, testing, and scheduled releases.
Collaborate with the existing development team.
For Technical Lead candidates, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and drive development standards.
