Requirements

Have documented experience as a Senior Backend Engineer in a production environment.
Have solid experience building backend systems in Go.
Have good knowledge of relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
Understand system reliability, performance optimization, and debugging.
Have experience designing and maintaining distributed systems.
Have experience designing and consuming REST or RPC APIs.
Have experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Be comfortable collaborating using Git.
Communicate clearly in English, both in writing and speech.

Monitor and improve system performance.
Diagnose problems in production systems.
