Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development and production AI/ML systems.
- Bring deep expertise in AI/ML domains such as NLP, computer vision, or recommendation engines.
- Be proficient with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Have experience architecting and leading end-to-end AI projects, including security best practices.
- Have strong development skills in React, Python, and Node, or equivalent technologies, with the ability to ramp up quickly.
- Be able to manage ambiguity and deliver innovative solutions.
- Be able to drive ambiguous technical challenges to resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Have strong technical communication and knowledge-sharing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full-stack features for the AI-powered web application using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Define the technical vision and architectural principles for AI/ML systems.
- Research and prototype AI technologies.
- Apply security, scalability, and observability best practices across cloud architecture.
- Partner with product, design, and business teams to communicate technical designs and strategies.
- Promote engineering standards and consistency across systems and processes.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers.
- Drive technical decisions on ambiguous, system-spanning problems.
