Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering and engineering Atlassian Cloud solutions, including Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
- Know Jira architecture, including workflows, schemes, permission models, license management, custom fields, and project configurations.
- Have experience building and maintaining JSM request types, SLA rules, queues, automations, and customer portal architecture.
- Design and implement advanced automations using internal and external REST APIs.
- Bring hands-on experience with process automation, scripting, and native and third-party system integrations.
- Have experience with Confluence configuration, space management, and knowledge base structuring.
- Translate complex business processes into scalable, user-friendly system configurations.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to performance, integration, and configuration challenges.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the consistency, scalability, reliability, and governance of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
- Support internal engineering, IT, business, and operations teams.
- Standardize configurations across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Design efficient workflows and implement architectural best practices.
- Map processes and optimize task flows.
- Build cross-system automations and integrations.
