Experience: At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services, particularly Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL.
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and Agile ways of working.
Ability to make sound technical decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes.
A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor and support other engineers.
Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.
Very good English and Polish.
Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Nice to have: Experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
Nice to have: Knowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis or Apache Kafka.

Design and build scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for business teams operating across different markets.
Lead the design of integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise systems and Azure services.
Take a leading role in platform upgrades, migrations and modernisation projects.
Mentor engineers, share knowledge and support the adoption of high-quality development practices.
Explore and promote the use of AI tools in everyday engineering work.
Contribute to architecture reviews, technical discussions and technology community initiatives.
