Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, including practical full-stack application development.
- Have very good knowledge of Java; Java 21 is preferred.
- Have practical knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot, including Spring MVC, Spring Integration, and Spring REST.
- Have very good knowledge of React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Have experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
- Have practical experience with Apache Kafka and event-based integrations.
- Know relational databases and how to create and optimize queries.
- Have experience creating automated tests, including unit tests with JUnit.
- Know Git and have experience participating in code reviews.
- Have experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Know secure software development practices and code quality principles.
- Have experience with Maven and environments based on Tomcat.
- Have very good knowledge of English; the posting lists Polish at C1 and English at C1.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Build backend services in Java 21 using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Integration, and Spring REST.
- Design and develop REST APIs and platform integrations.
- Build event-based integrations using Apache Kafka.
- Create and optimize queries and application integrations with relational databases.
- Prepare unit tests using JUnit and participate in code reviews.
- Maintain code quality and security, and remediate vulnerabilities identified in security analyses.
- Build applications with Maven and support deployments and maintenance of environments using Tomcat, Argo, and Rancher.
- Diagnose technical issues using logs, monitoring, and Elasticsearch.
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with other program teams.
