Have several years of commercial experience in web application development and work independently at senior level.
Use Java 8+; familiarity with Java 25 is noted.
Have experience with Spring Boot; familiarity with Spring Boot 4 is noted.
Know REST APIs and reactive programming with Spring WebFlux, Project Reactor or a similar stack.
Work with React, TypeScript, HTML and NPM across frontend and backend.
Use JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, JPA/Hibernate and Git.
Have XML processing experience with XSLT, XPath or XQuery.
Work with Kubernetes and Docker.
Understand microservices and distributed systems.
Work daily with AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, OpenCode or similar.
Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have: micro-frontend architecture, Helm, Jenkins CI/CD, a headless CMS such as NEOS CMS, legacy system migrations and refactoring, BDD, and test automation such as Playwright.

Develop the online shop platform, built on a micro-frontend architecture.
Own features end to end, from the React UI to the Java backend behind it.
Build backend services in Java, Spring Boot and WebFlux.
Integrate the shop with internal services and with customer and contract data systems.
Migrate legacy shops and reduce technical debt.
Use AI coding agents as the primary way of working.
