Requirements
- Have 5+ years of QA experience, with a focus on manual testing.
- Be familiar with Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box testing.
- Have knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Understand integration, functional, end-to-end, and API testing, including Postman.
- Have experience designing, executing, and reporting test cases for complex front-end and back-end systems.
- Create test cases and collections that exercise requirements and business rules in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Have experience with test case management tools; XRay is preferred.
- Have a great command of written and spoken English and at least basic Polish.
- Be available to work afternoons until 8 PM three times a week.
Responsibilities
- Participate in feature and initiative development from initial requirements analysis through test planning, execution, regression testing, and final release sign-off.
- Prioritize testing efforts with Product Managers, clarify requirements, and challenge assumptions from a quality perspective.
- Coordinate Business Acceptance Testing and advocate for customer needs.
- Collaborate with manual QA engineers on cross-team and cross-business-unit projects.
- Expand and maintain test coverage for new features and regression testing.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to product quality and reliability.
