- Experience or familiarity with automation tools, observability platforms, and security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Ability to manage support tickets effectively and follow issues through to resolution.
- Comfort adopting new technologies and working in a dynamic technical environment.
- A security-first mindset and commitment to maintaining reliable, secure network operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead demonstrations and participate effectively in agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate daily network activities within a large-scale global network environment.
- Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Create, update, and manage support tickets, following issues through to resolution.
- Plan, implement, and manage network changes in accordance with operational requirements.
- Lead technical demonstrations and deliver presentations during agile ceremonies.
- Apply automation tools, observability platforms, and security solutions to support network operations and improve visibility.
- Maintain a security-first approach when performing network operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes.
- Adapt to new technologies and contribute to the ongoing effectiveness of network operations.
