Job Details

Have 8+ years of design experience, with significant time in an agency or consulting environment.
Bring a strong graphic design foundation in typography, layout, brand systems, and visual composition.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with generative image and video tools such as Midjourney, Figma Make, Figma Weave, or Veo.
Have experience creating stylescapes and brand books and leading or participating in brand workshops.
Have working proficiency in Figma and be able to flex into UI or product design tasks.
Have working proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Have exposure to or hands-on experience with agentic AI design workflows such as Claude Code or Claude Design.
Have presentation and communication skills for client-facing work.
BMAD or similar agentic delivery framework experience is a nice to have.
A portfolio spanning brand or graphic design and UI or product design is a nice to have.
Familiarity with additional generative tools such as Runway or Adobe Firefly is a nice to have.
Motion graphics experience is a nice to have.
Front-end or prototyping familiarity is a nice to have.

Design stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations for client engagements.
Build brand books and visual identity systems.
Plan and participate in client brand workshops, translating discussion into visual concepts.
Use generative image and video tools to explore and produce concept visuals, campaign assets, and creative options.
Design and art-direct client pitch decks, narrative presentations, and proposals.
Build reusable slide systems and templates in Google Slides and Figma Slides.
Use Claude Design to create first drafts and refine them by hand.
Flex into UI and product design work using Figma and agentic tools.
Apply structured agentic workflows such as BMAD to move from concept to production-ready design.
Present concepts and creative rationale to client stakeholders and collaborate with product designers and developers.
