Requirements
- Have 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Have experience with gRPC and REST API design.
- Know SQL and NoSQL schema and query tuning.
- Have experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Have experience with microservices on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Have experience building AI or virtual agent systems.
- Hold a BS in Computer Science.
- Nice to have: experience with queues and distributed orchestration.
- Nice to have: Python with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale the backend for agent products.
- Work with ML and frontend engineers to bring agents into production.
- Cut latency and raise reliability on high-volume services.
- Handle large data volumes efficiently and safely.
- Share on-call for the services you own.
